Cardinality Difference
Segment Type – Cardinality Difference provides the list and headcount of customers that have been added to a specific segment you choose or have been removed from a particular segment because of the change in their behavior. Simply, it provides the difference in current customers of a segment compared to the same segment in the past.
Scenario: Loyal customers today are 450 compared to loyal customers 6 months back that were 600. The difference of 150 customers can be approached with personalized campaigns and offers intended to make them loyal again.
