Click ‘Clusters (Products)’ in the Left Menu Bar on Enalito Dashboard. The Clusters Dashboard shows all the product clusters (Pre-defined as well as Your Own).
Click ‘CREATE’ in the upper right corner to Create Your Own Cluster. Choose the duration or the type of cluster you want to create from the Dropdown list.
Enter the name and description of the product cluster you want to create. Select the behavior (Purchase or Browsing) or the attribute you want to base your product cluster on.
In the case of Purchase Behavior, set up the RFM filter for any of the R, F & M attributes. Select the Operator.
Select the Score you want to cluster products with; in accordance with the attribute and the operator set for it.
Similarly, set up the operator and score for the other RFM attributes you want to acknowledge for forming a product cluster.
Once Filters are set, click ‘+’ to confirm. You can also add other conditions with different operators and scores to refine the product clusters. The cluster can be saved right here (or at any stage), or other filters can be updated to get more drilled down clusters.
Similarly, under ‘Value Filter’, you can select an attribute in ‘Field’ along with the ‘Operator’.
Feed a ‘Value’ in order to filter products in accordance with the value related to a particular attribute.
Click ‘+’ to add the filter to the cluster. You can also add multiple Value filters to refine clusters or simply save it right here.
For purchase behavior exist extended attributes other than RFM, so you can also set ‘Score Filter’. Select the ‘Field’ you want to filter the cluster with.
Select the ‘Operator’ to limit the score of the selected field.
Select the ‘Score’ as per which you want to cluster products in relevance to the selected Field.
Click ‘+’ to add the created condition. You can also add multiple fields to drill down the clusters. Here also, you can save right here or add filters further to make more refined product clusters.
Similar to product clustering based on purchase behavior, you can also cluster products based on browsing behavior. Although the process is the same. You can select the ‘Operator’ and ‘Score’ for RFM Values like done for Purchase Behavior.
Similarly, the ‘Value Filter’ can be set like done for Purchase Behavior.
To set up the ‘Attribute’ Based Filter, select the attribute name for which you want to form the product cluster.
Select the ‘Operator’ to comply with the selected attribute of the products.
Fill in the last field with the first three characters of the attribute, numerical value, date, or True/False to set up the condition that the products of the cluster must be complying with.
You can add a number of attributes to refine and drill down to the desired product cluster.
You can check the ‘MATCH’ button to either Match All of the attribute-based conditions or any of them. You can click ‘SAVE’ to form the clusters based on entered conditions.
This is how Clusters (Products) are used and created. You can form a cluster with either one of the behaviors or including all of them. Save the cluster with as many filters to derive the most dynamic product clusters for your business.
