Trend Based
Trend Based Clusters can present the 1D and 2D trend contributors either positively, negatively or neutrally as a cluster at one place showing all the trends. This cluster type is useful when the retailer wants to narrow down the products and trigger campaigns based on their trend contribution.
Scenario: Products that haven’t made a sale on the store recently and have brought the revenue down compared to the Last 12-month revenue, can be found easily as ‘Active Products – Recency Monetary Negative Products’. A campaign should be targeted for them that can encourage their sales to improve the Recency and Monetary Value of a cluster.
